The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has sent a ‘Wanted’ poster to residents in the United Kingdom (UK) whose neighbour is Carmen Lau, a former District Councillor in Hong Kong and a dissident with an arrest warrant issued against her and who cannot return home. The letter sent to the residents encouraged them to turn their neighbour in, or provide any information about Ms Lau, and offered them £100, 000 to do so. She is 30 years old.
